Job Purpose The Head of General Trade is responsible for leading distributor-driven and formal trade sales execution across assigned regions and territories, driving General Trade volume, value, margin, numeric distribution, outlet coverage, customer availability, and distributor performance. General Trade Strategy Execution: Execute general trade strategies in line with overall sales objectives.

The Skipper is responsible for safely operating and navigating Victory Farms’ fleet vessels, including the newly added 11‑meter catamaran and other boats ranging from 8 to 14 meters. The role ensures compliance with maritime regulations, safety standards, and company operating procedures while fostering a disciplined, safety‑focused culture.
