Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact, delivering a seamless and professional front-office client experience Manage client inquiries, onboarding, and policy administration with accuracy and efficiency Support underwriting activities, including gathering risk information, preparing documentation, and liaising with underwriters Assist in claims processes through documentation, client updates, and proactive follow-ups to ensure timely resolution Uphold compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards Maintain organized records and contribute to smooth day-to-day office operations Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Front Office Service Delivery – Consistently high standards in client reception, responsiveness, and satisfaction Underwriting Support Quality – Accuracy and completeness of risk data and policy documentation Claims Coordination Effectiveness – Timely follow-up and support contributing to efficient claims resolution Operational Accuracy & Compliance – Adherence to processes with minimal errors or compliance gaps Professional Growth in Insurance – Demonstrated initiative and progress in underwriting and claims knowledge Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Actuarial Science, or a related field Professional certification (e.g., ACII, AIIK) or front-office training is an added advantage 1–2 years’ experience in a client-facing or insurance-related role Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset Keen interest in underwriting and claims processes Good analytical skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance systems High level of integrity and professionalism Preference for candidates currently based in Mombasa
