Assistant Manager - Sales

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales to drive revenue growth, strengthen channel partnerships, and lead high-performing sales teams across assigned territories.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales leader with strong experience in dealer development, channel management, field sales, and ATL/BTL marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
• Build and strengthen dealer and distributor networks while expanding market coverage.
• Lead, coach, and manage Sales Executives across multiple locations to deliver exceptional performance.
• Plan and execute Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing campaigns and field promotional activities.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic accounts.
• Prepare sales forecasts, monitor performance, analyze market trends, and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is an added advantage.
• Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience in sales, business development, or channel management.
• Proven experience managing sales teams across multiple regions.
• Strong background in dealer development, channel management, and field sales.
• Experience planning and executing ATL & BTL marketing activities.
• Excellent customer relationship and key account management skills.
