Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field
• 3–5 years' experience in boutique, retail, or store operations management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in customer service, visual merchandising, and sales performance management
• Strong marketing, communication, and customer relationship management skill
• Good organizational, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
• Good fashion sense, professional grooming, and brand representation skills
• Mature, proactive, honest, and results-driven
