Job Description Our client is a rapidly growing credit-only financial institution dedicated to providing flexible and customer-focused lending solutions. They are seeking ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executives to drive sales growth, on-board new clients, and expand the company’s market presence. Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and onboard new clients for the company’s lending products. Market and promote logbook loans, asset finance, and related financial products. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients. Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business. Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable loan products. Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan application and onboarding process. Market Research & Fieldwork: Conduct field visits, market mapping, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. Gather customer insights and share feedback with management to improve products and processes. Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and sales activities. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Adhere to internal credit policies, compliance guidelines, and ethical sales practices. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Proven sales experience in microfinance, credit, insurance, or similar sectors is an added advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong self-drive, confidence, and ability to work in a target-driven environment. High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
