Requirements for Appointment For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: - Degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution. Professional qualifications in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Project Management, Marketing, or related areas are an added advantage. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business development, enterprise development, project management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of business planning, financial management, and market analysis. Excellent business development, negotiation, and networking skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication, report-writing, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant business management tools.
