About this role
Our client is seeking to recruit enthusiastic, customer-focused, and reliable Casual Waiters/Waitresses (On-Call) to join an on-call staff pool supporting events, functions, and various venues as needed. Successful candidates will be contacted when shifts become available and may accept assignments based on their availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Take customer orders and serve food and beverages professionally.
- Set up and clear tables before, during, and after service.
- Deliver attentive, friendly, and professional customer service.
- Handle basic cash and POS transactions where required.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous waitering or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Presentable, punctual, and customer-focused.
- Able to remain composed and work efficiently during busy service periods.
