Job Description
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Institutional Management, Hospitality, Hotel & Restaurant Management and Home Economics or its equivalent from a recognised and accredited institution;
- Registered with a relevant professional body (where applicable); and
- Food handling certificate.
