Centre Manager

Workable is looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of its workspaces and deliver an excellent member experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily centre operations and facilities.
• Lead and support the centre team.
• Manage suppliers and service providers.
• Drive member engagement, occupancy, and renewals.
• Monitor centre KPIs and take ownership of P&L performance.
• Build a welcoming community and ensure a seamless member experience.

Requirements

• 4–6 years’ experience in hospitality, flexible workspace, or another service-led environment.
• Strong organisational and people-management skills.
• Commercially aware with a focus on performance and results.
• Warm, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
