About the Role Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of a vibrant hospitality establishment in Siaya County. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and overall profitability of the club. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring smooth service delivery across all departments Manage and supervise staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and stock control of food, beverages, and supplies Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and cost control measures Coordinate events, promotions, and entertainment activities to enhance customer experience Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and overall club standards Qualifications & Requirements Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field 3–5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a club, bar, or restaurant setting Proven experience in a supervisory or management role Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Good financial management and budgeting skills Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Note: The ideal candidate should be available to start immediately.
