Scope of work Volunteers will support various aspects of conference delivery, including: Assisting with registration and guest management Supporting session coordination and timekeeping Guiding participants and ensuring accessible navigation within the venue Providing general attendee support, including persons with disabilities Supporting communication and information desks Working alongside the team to ensure a smooth, inclusive experience for all Who We Are Looking For We are seeking individuals who: Are passionate about inclusion and social impact Have strong communication and interpersonal skills Are reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Can work well in a team and fast-paced environment Are available for the full duration of the conference Added Advantage Experience in events, customer service, or community engagement Interest or experience in disability inclusion Basic understanding of accessibility needs What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in delivering a high-impact international conference Connect with leaders and organizations advancing disability inclusion in Africa Opportunity to build networks and professional skills
