Job Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with professional bodies and regulatory agencies
- Manage academic staff workload, performance appraisal, and staff development
- Mobilize research funding, partnerships, and industry collaborations
- Oversee student admission, progression, assessment, and graduation processes
- Prepare and manage the School’s budget and resources.
- Promote high-quality teaching, research, innovation, and technology transfer.
- Provide leadership in curriculum development, delivery, review, and accreditation of engineering programs.
- Represent the School in University committees and external forums
