About this role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee learner discipline and behaviour management.
- Support the Principal in maintaining a safe and orderly learning environment.
- Coordinate guidance, counselling and pastoral programmes.
- Liaise with parents/guardians on discipline and learner welfare matters.
- Implement CBC requirements in Kiswahili and IRE (teach and assess).
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Education and Leadership preferably with specialisation in Kiswahili and IRE.
- Registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) and in good standing.
- Knowledge and experience in CBC implementation.
- At least 5 years' relevant teaching experience. including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Experience in handling disciplinary cases and engaging parents/guardians.
- Strong leadership, classroom management and communication skills.
