Job Description
Duties and responsibilities will entail:
- Undertaking the maintenance of Electrical installations (Offices, sheds, estates, Flood lights, CCTVs, access Control Air-conditioning & refrigeration, solar power plant, Floodlights, Energy management, UPS, Fire alarm and Integrated Security System (ISS) are adequately supplied with power.
- Preparing electrical drawings and keeping custody of the same for all installations in the Stadium.
- Conducting site inspections
- Implementing preventive and major breakdown maint0enance plans for the division.
- Reporting on equipment and installations breakdown maintenance.
- Executing maintenance and Management of all Electrical installations.
- Providing information needed for safe operation of the Electrical equipment & installations.
- Performing statutory inspections and recommend certification of Electrical Installations in the Sports Kenya buildings, installations and berths.
Job Specifications
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution;
- Professional Membership to Engineering Board of Kenya (EBK);
- Proficiency in Computer Applications
