About the Role As an Execution Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating and supporting event execution, ensuring seamless delivery of marketing and merchandising initiatives. This role focuses on administration, reporting, and on-ground coordination of brand activities within the evolving FMCG trade environment. Key Responsibilities Collate and track upcoming events from online platforms and internal sales teams for review and approval Monitor event sales and ensure accurate reporting through DMS and other systems Coordinate with agencies and attend site visits (recce) to ensure proper event setup and brand visibility Compile post-event reports and provide insights on performance, competition, and market trends Build strong relationships with event organizers through regular communication and support Maintain weekly records of activities and flag underperformance for timely resolution Support execution of marketing and merchandising plans aligned with business objectives Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Finance, or related field Approximately 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role Experience in event execution or experiential marketing is an added advantage go to method of application »
