Executive Housekeeper

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper, preferably in a hotel or similar hospitality setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with housekeeping software and MS Office applications
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
• Degree in Hotel Management or Diploma in Housekeeping and Laundry from Kenya Utalii College (or another recognised hotel training institution)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
