The Finance Manager leads TC4A\'s finance function — controls, reporting, planning, and compliance — across all operating countries. You will work closely with the CEO and country leads to keep the business financially sound, audit-ready, and well-positioned for continued growth. Key responsibilities Lead month-end close, management accounts, and quarterly financial reporting for the company and for each country entity Own the annual budget process and rolling cash flow forecasts; flag variances early Manage statutory and client/grant audits across all entities Ensure tax, payroll, and statutory compliance in each operating country (KRA, URA, RRA, etc.), directly or through local providers Manage banking relationships, FX exposure, and intercompany flows Build and review grant and contract budgets for pharma clients and grant funders Strengthen internal controls, finance policies, and the chart of accounts Supervise the finance team and external accountants in country offices Support fundraising and investor due diligence Requirements CPA(K), ACCA, or equivalent Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master\'s a plus 5+ years of finance experience, including 2+ in a management role Demonstrated experience consolidating multi-country accounts in Africa Hands-on experience with donor and client-funded program audits Advanced Excel; experience with QuickBooks, or comparable accounting systems Excellent written and spoken English; French is a strong advantage Nice to have Experience in health, tech, or social enterprise sectors Familiarity with pharma client contracting and revenue recognition Exposure to investor reporting and capital raises go to method of application »
