About this role
The ideal candidate should have:
- Previous retail or sales experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to upsell, cross-sell and support achievement of sales targets
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Exposure to merchandising and display management
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and shifts
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or a related field
