Job Description:
- Oversee F&B operations including restaurants, bars, and banqueting Supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop menus in collaboration with chefs and maintain service standards
- Organize and manage events and tournaments.
- Manage club house bookings.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in F&B management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and financial management skills.
