Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Glaze & Pulp Material Tester to join our Technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in laboratory testing or manufacturing quality inspection and be able to support accurate testing, inspection, and reporting of raw materials used in production. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine daily testing of glaze, pulp, and raw materials used in production. Perform adhesive grout processing, preparation, and fabrication for testing purposes. Carry out on-site material inspection to ensure consistency and compliance with production standards. Operate, monitor, and maintain laboratory and testing equipment. Implement new testing procedures linked to newly installed inspection equipment. Record test results accurately and prepare clear reports. Identify material defects, variations, and non-conformities and escalate findings. Support production teams by providing timely quality feedback. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and inspection procedures. Qualifications & Experience Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry & Analytical Chemistry. Minimum of 1 year of experience in laboratory testing and material inspection. Basic understanding of industrial testing methods and quality assurance processes. Ability to operate laboratory/testing equipment and interpret results. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment.
