Our client is hiring a Growth Manager to drive business growth, partnerships, revenue generation, and client acquisition. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, or related field 4–6 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships Proven track record in lead conversion and revenue growth Experience managing or coaching sales teams Strong CRM, pipeline management, and sales reporting skills Experience selling to corporates, SMEs, NGOs, schools, logistics, and enterprise clients Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills Existing Nairobi corporate network is an added advantage
