In this role, you will: Own the full marketing funnel – from lead generation to nurturing and conversion. Design and execute high-performing digital campaigns that target the built environment and project-based markets. Partner closely with Sales and Business Development to ensure alignment on leads, pipeline growth, and revenue conversion. Lead, mentor, and develop a results-driven marketing team, while managing agencies and external partners for maximum impact. Track, analyze, and optimize marketing ROI, conversion rates, and campaign performance. We’re looking for someone with: 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, digital sales, or commercial roles, including at least 3 years in management. A proven track record in driving revenue and pipeline growth in a B2B environment. Experience in the building and construction industry or built environment. Strong commercial, analytical, and leadership skills.
