Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, lobbies, and assigned public areas.
- Perform laundry duties including sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and storing linens/uniforms.
- Replenish guest supplies, amenities, and cleaning materials as needed.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
- Report damaged equipment, maintenance needs, lost property, or unusual occurrences to management.
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and grooming standards across all operational sections.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry, or public area cleaning (experience in all three is an added advantage).
- Good knowledge of cleaning, hygiene, and chemical handling procedures.
- Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail.
- Physically fit, flexible, and willing to work as a reliever across different housekeeping sections.
- Hospitality or housekeeping training is an added advantage.
