About this role
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- Minimum 7 years’ ICT experience, including at least 3 years in management
- Strong experience in networks, systems administration and cybersecurity
- Experience managing IT projects, vendors, backups and business continuity
- Multi-branch retail, FMCG or distribution experience is an added advantage
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, ITIL, CompTIA or cybersecurity certifications are desirable
