Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a detailed, systemized marketing strategy for all property listings. Write compelling copy for website, social media, and brochures in line with the A-List brand tone. Manage content calendars and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube,Titktok and WhatsApp. Oversee uploading of content to platforms including BuyRent Kenya and WhatsApp catalogue. Liaise with sub-agents to source property content, ensure folders are correctly updated on Google Drive. Work with the graphic designer to create branded marketing materials. Conduct occasional on-site visits for content creation (BTS, reels, highlights). Analyse performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, and lead generation. Research and implement WhatsApp marketing tools (broadcast, catalogues, automation). Coordinate ad boosting, content reshuffling, and property rotation on BuyRent and socials. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in real estate marketing or a fast-paced marketing environment. Proven track record of managing content calendars and digital campaigns. Excellent writing, copy-editing, and communication skills. Proficiency in Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, Google Drive, and social scheduling tools. Familiarity with real estate platforms. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Self-driven, creative, and comfortable working both independently and in a team. go to method of application »
