KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Designing and managing the M&E framework, ensuring quality data collection and systems, coordinating evaluations and studies, and promoting data-driven decision-making while aligning with stakeholders on M&E priorities. Oversee project data systems, ensure secure handling, analyze information, produce reports, and share lessons learned to support decision-making. Ensure data quality and compliance, conduct assessments, apply standards, improve M&E systems, and provide accurate reports. Capacity Strengthening and Learning, building staff and partner skills in M&E systems, fostering reflection and knowledge-sharing, promoting evidence-based decision-making, and maintaining strong collaborative networks to support continuous learning and improvement. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Monitoring & Evaluation, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field You should possess least 3 years’ experience in M&E coordination Experience with MERL frameworks (e.g., log frames, theory of change) Someone with experience in data collection tools and platforms (e.g., Kobo Toolbox, ODK). Someone with strong data analysis and reporting skills, and experienced working with young people in urban informal settings.
