Salary:
- Net KES 30,000 per month
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any other related field.
- 1–2 years experience in operations or logistics.
- Must be a resident of Mombasa.
- Willing to travel to our Nairobi Head Office for a mandatory training period of not less than two (2) weeks.
- Experience working in a courier or logistics company will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with the Coastal region is an added advantage.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of riders.
- Oversee daily dispatch operations to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle operational and administrative duties at the branch.
- Coordinate and monitor same-day delivery operations.
- Manage and support coastal agents to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations while maintaining high service standards.
