About this role
The ideal candidate should have:
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, fashion or a related industry
- Strong customer engagement and selling skills
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Good stock management and organizational skills
- Basic IT and Microsoft Excel competency
- A Diploma/Certificate in Business, Sales & Marketing or a related field
