Employment Information
Key Responsibilities include: Monitoring and managing stock levels across multiple branches. Forecasting demand and optimizing stock ordering. Conducting stock counts and reconciling discrepancies. Coordinating product distribution between branches. Maintaining inventory records and preparing reports. Ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and SOPs. Supporting branch teams on stock handling and product knowledge. Requirements: Diploma in Health & Pharmacy or a related course. Valid registration and license from the Pharmacy and Poisons Board. Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical stock/inventory management. Knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and regulatory compliance. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
