For appointment to this grade, a candidate must:-

• Be a Kenyan citizen.
• Possess a Certificate in Psychology and Counselling from a recognized institution;
• Possess a Certificate in Computer Application Skills from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
