Duties and Responsibilities
An officer at this level will be deployed at Agricultural Machinery Service –where they will be involved in; -
- Minor services of plant machinery and farm tractors,
- Care for and maintenance of tools of the trade; and
- Maintaining cleanliness of the workplace.
- Performing any other duty that may be assigned by the supervisor
Requirements for appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must
- Be a Kenyan Citizen (Attach ID)
- KCPE and KCSE Certificate with a mean grade D+ (Plus) (Attach certificates)
- Have Plant Mechanics National Trade Test Certificate Grade III/ apprentice
- Certificate awarded by the Directorate of Industrial Training or its equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
- At least one (1 )year experience (Attach evidence).
