QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
• Professional Membership i.e IQSK, BORAQS.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in quantity surveying.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
