Retail Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell first aid kits, health items, and branded merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers and answer queries.
• Operate POS for cash, card, and mobile payments (e.g., M-PESA).
• Maintain stock, arrange displays, and perform monthly stock takes.
• Manage sales reconciliation, daily reports, and customer feedback.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and align with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Procurement, Sales, Business, or Customer Service (advantage).
• At least 2 years of experience in retail or sales.
•  Basic knowledge of POS systems and mobile money handling (M- PESA).
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication.
