Sales Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to hit occupancy, ADR, and revenue targets. Identify, pitch, and secure corporate accounts, group bookings, micro-weddings, and private events.
• Social Media & Content Creation: Own our presence on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Film, edit, and publish high-quality visual content (Reels, TikToks, photography) that tells our story and highlights our rooms, restaurant, and guest experience.
• Reputation Management: Act as the online voice of the hotel. Monitor and respond promptly to direct messages, social comments, and guest reviews on Google, TripAdvisor, and OTAs.
• Digital Campaigns & Ads: Set up, monitor, and optimize targeted paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to drive direct website bookings and minimize OTA commissions.
• Local Partnerships & PR: Build relationships with local tourism boards, travel influencers, event planners, and corporate partners to drive community engagement and mid-week stays.
• Email Marketing: Design and write engaging monthly newsletters and promotional emails to keep our database of past guests excited to return.
• Reporting: Track, analyze, and present monthly marketing metrics, ROAS, and sales pipeline performance to management.

Desired Qualifications

• Degee/ Diploma in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in hospitality sales, digital marketing, or luxury brand management.
• Digital Savvy: Strong proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and standard video/photo editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for aesthetics and a tone that matches a boutique brand.
• Analytical Mindset: Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and tracking direct booking conversions.
