KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic leadership in academic and administrative operations.
- Champion innovative implementation of the Competency-Based Education (CBE).
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff to achieve high standards.
- Cultivate strong relationships with parents, the community, and education stakeholders.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed) or related field.
- At least 5 years of teaching experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
