Senior Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join a growing financial services organization in Kenya.

This role is ideal for a strong Accounting professional with expertise in full-cycle accounting, tax compliance, payroll, financial reporting, and team leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening accounting operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting continuous process improvements across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
• 5+ years of Accounting experience
• Strong background in Full-Cycle Accounting, Payroll, and Tax Compliance
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience leading and developing accounting teams
• English C1 proficiency (mandatory)
• French A1 proficiency or higher (mandatory)

Position Details

• Location: Kenya
• Work Arrangement: 100% On-Site
• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Kenya Time)
