Basic Salary: 105,570-139,790 p.m.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Examine patients’ skin, hair, and nails.
- Identify conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, fungal infections, and skin cancer.
- Order and interpret lab tests or skin biopsies when needed.
- Prescribe medications (creams, ointments, oral drugs).
- Provide treatments for chronic conditions like dermatitis or rosacea.
- Manage infectious diseases affecting the skin.
- Conduct minor surgeries (e.g., mole removal, cyst removal).
- Perform skin biopsies.
- Treat skin cancers using procedures like excision or cryotherapy.
- Offer aesthetic procedures such as chemical peels, Botox, and laser therapy.
- Treat scars, wrinkles, and pigmentation issues.
- Advise on skincare routines and hygiene.
- Educate patients about preventing skin diseases (e.g., sun protection).
- Counsel patients on managing chronic skin conditions.
- Track patient progress and adjust treatments.
Requirements for Appointment
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.Ch.B) degree from an institution recognized by the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board.
- Master of Medicine in Dermatology.
- Certificate of Registration by the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board.
- Valid practicing license from the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board.
- Certificate in Strategic Leadership Development Programme lasting not less than six (6) weeks from a recognized institution.
- Certificate in Computer application skills from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated professional competence and managerial capability as reflected in work performance and results.
