About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR support to regional offices and business units.
- Partner with regional and head office leadership on workforce planning, organisational development, and employee relations.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, staff movements, and workforce planning across the markets.
- Support performance management processes and ensure effective implementation of performance objectives and reviews.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, learning, and development initiatives.
- Advise management on employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation and internal HR policies across the region.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR information.
- Prepare and analyse HR reports, workforce metrics, and management dashboards.
- Support compensation and benefits administration and provide relevant market insights.
- Coordinate HR audits and ensure compliance with statutory and organisational requirements.
- Work closely with HR teams across different locations to standardise HR processes and promote best practices.
- Support change management, organisational restructuring, and other strategic people initiatives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior HR team members.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management
- 4–6 years of progressive experience in HR generalist roles with exposure to managing HR operations across multiple sites
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, employee relations, and contemporary HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience across key HR functions, including talent management, performance management, recruitment, learning and development, and workforce planning.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement and the ability to build positive and productive workplace relationships.
- Proficiency in HR analytics, reporting, data interpretation, and HR-related problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and locations, with strong organisational and coordination skills.
