- We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a dynamic team responsible for designing, developing, and supporting client-facing applications and services.
- In this role, you'll collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Architects, Quality Assurance Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Engineering Managers to deliver continuous value to customers. You'll also leverage AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to accelerate development, improve code quality, and enhance system understanding.

What you'll do:
- Design and develop high-quality code and features with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ensure code quality through software engineering best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and peer programming.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software designs and architecture.
- Balance competing priorities to deliver new features while resolving defects and managing technical debt.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including story refinement sessions.
- Promote a fail-fast and learn mentality to encourage responsible innovation.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of REST API concepts and API management tools.
- Translate customer requirements into technical designs.
- Work with modern microservice-based architectures and development methodologies.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
What we're looking for:
- 8 years of software development experience with Java technologies and enterprise application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17+.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot.
- Strong experience with Spring MVC.
- Strong experience with Spring Security.
- Experience developing and supporting REST APIs.
- Experience working with microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to clearly communicate technical concepts.
