Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen inventory policies, procedures, controls, and ERP processes.
- Conduct monthly and cycle stock counts and reconcile physical stock against ERP balances.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.
- Monitor inventory transactions, including transfers, purchases, sales, returns, and stock adjustments.
- Oversee verification of goods received against supplier invoices and GRNs.
- Monitor inventory ageing and recommend appropriate actions.
- Ensure accurate recording and posting of daily production outputs.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to minimize stock losses, damage, breakages, and obsolescence.
- Support monthly inventory financial close and external audit requirements.
- Supervise and provide guidance to Inventory Accounts Assistants.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- CPA Intermediate Level or above.
- At least 3 years’ experience in inventory /stock control within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory controls and warehouse operations.
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills; experience working with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
