About this role
Our client is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, material availability, compliance, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily receipt, storage, issuance, and return of materials.
- Oversee inventory using ERP/inventory management systems and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Project teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, and store procedures.
- Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, organization, and compliance.
- Lead, train, and supervise store assistants and warehouse staff.
- Prepare stock reports, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years’ experience in store/warehouse management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement & Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience in the meat industry and cold chain operations will be an added advantage.
