Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment (preferred in a competing establishment).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
