Key Responsibilities

• 35 years and above.
• Must have proven experience working in a high-end lounge or restaurant.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills. 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage daily restaurant/lounge operations effectively.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality standards, service quality and guest experience.
• Professional, confident and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
