Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Agricultural, or Automotive Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience in workshop, fleet, or maintenance management
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Experience managing preventive maintenance programmes and workshop operations
- Experience with agricultural machinery, irrigation systems, tractors, generators, and heavy equipment is highly desirable
