RESPONSIBILITIES Data Entry: Assisting the Accounting & Finance Manager with data entry tasks for accounting & bookkeeping Invoice Processing: Prepare and process invoices promptly together with any copies and other documentation such as delivery notes Verify the accuracy of billing information including quantities and pricing Filing & Record Keeping: Maintaining organized and up-to-date records of invoices and related documentation Ensuring all records are filed properly.
