Key Responsibilities Process and record financial transactions accurately and timely. Prepare and maintain accounting records, ledgers, and reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, and customer accounts. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and journal entries. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements. Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records. Support internal and external audit processes. Assist with budget preparation and financial analysis. Perform any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. CPA Part II Qualification (CPA Part III is an added advantage) Minimum of 2 years' relevant accounting experience. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Knowledge of Kenyan tax and statutory requirements.
