JOB SUMMARY The role is responsible for generating actionable insights from market research and Hope Media’s operational, financial, audience, and digital performance data to support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. The role analyzes programming performance, revenue streams, digital engagement, and business processes to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and sustainability. Reporting to the Operations Lead, the Business Analyst also provides strategic analytical insights to the Head of Media for decision-making, contributing to business intelligence, organizational performance monitoring, corporate dashboards, and evidence-based planning that advances Hope Media’s mission, audience impact, and long-term sustainability. The position reports to the Operations Lead. Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes, systems, and operations to identify improvement opportunities and drive efficiency. Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support strategic decisions. Gather, document, and validate business requirements from key stakeholders. Collect, analyze, and interpret data using analytical and statistical techniques to generate actionable insights. Perform SWOT analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making. Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend practical process improvements and solutions. Develop business models, workflow diagrams, and process documentation to enhance operational clarity. Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and process improvements across the organization. Monitor performance metrics and track operational efficiency across departments. Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to support business intelligence and reporting. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to inform management and key stakeholders. Provide analytical support for strategic planning, business development, and KPI performance improvement initiatives. Requirements Must be a born-again, mature Christian who conforms to the CITAM statement of faith. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field. 4 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, finance, or data analysis. Experience in data analysis tools, reporting, and business process improvement.
