We are looking for an organized and experienced Chief Steward to lead our stewarding operations and uphold top cleanliness and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all stewarding operations within the kitchen and F&B outlets Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards are maintained in accordance with health and safety regulations Supervise, train, and schedule stewarding staff Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations Maintain proper waste management and recycling practices Ensure proper handling and storage of kitchen equipment, utensils, and machinery Conduct regular inspections and audits of all stewarding areas Control breakage, loss, and wastage of equipment Candidate Profile KCSE/Certificate in Hospitality Management or related field Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role in a hotel or resort environment Strong leadership and team management skills Good knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety Interested candidates should standards (HACCP knowledge is an added advantage) Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours go to method of application »
