Responsibilities: Monitor and control inventorymovement within the central kitchen operations. Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts. Ensure proper receiving, storage, issuance, and reconciliation of inventory items. Prepare inventory reports and support cost control measures. Work closely with procurement, production, and accounts departments. Minimize wastage, pilferage, and stock variances. Ensure compliance with food safety and inventory management procedures. Maintain proper documentation for all stock transactions. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Accounting. Business Administration, or a related field. CPA qualification or accounting background will be an added advantage. Minimum of 2 years' experience in inventory or stock control, preferably in hospitality, catering, or food production environments. Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting skills. Good knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel. Experience using the Odoo system will be an added advantage. Ability to work under pressure and maintain high levels of accuracy and integrity. go to method of application »
