Qualifications and Experience An earned PhD. Degree in the relevant area of specialization i.e. Educational Management/Administration/Leadership or Curriculum Studies or Educational Planning and Economics of Education from an accredited and recognized University. At least three (3) years of University teaching or research / industry experience. A minimum of 24 publication points, of which at least sixteen (16) should be from refereed papers.
